Claim Procedure
Send an mail to support@neighbium.com for the refund of money within 30-day of purchase with your account details where you want to get your money. please allow up to 10 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund back to your account.
Please note, processing fee inclusive of service tax for Payment Gateway Facility – Credit/ Debit Card will not be refundable. Any claim of interest on the refund amount will not be entertained.
Refund Limitation
Please be aware that refunds will only be issued within the 30-day cool off period. After this period has elapsed, refunds will not be processed, and purchases will be considered final.
