How to use Face Recognition on Neighbium Application?

To use this feature, you need to add all the society staff with their photo

• From the application, Dashboard Click on the staff.
• Click on the plus button at the bottom right corner.
• Add staff by filling all the details and click photos by clicking on the camera button.
• Press save Button Once the details filled.

Follow the above steps for all the staff in the society.

After you add all the staff in the society, the Resident needs to add the staff to their flat to get the notifications whenever their helper enters the society premises.

• Go to your Flat section
• Click on Staff Tile.
• Search the staff from the list and add it to your flat.

Gatekeeper Application

All new Gatekeeper applications will showcase the new option of Scan Face at the bottom of the screen as you can see in the below screenshot.

Once the gatekeeper clicks the photo of the staff, the system will detect the face from the society staff database and after a successful match, it allows staff to enter the society premises.
