No. Neighbium is fully cloud-based with zero infrastructure cost and runs on the phones and browsers residents and guards already own. Existing biometric or face-recognition devices can be integrated but are never required.

Yes. Resident data, dues history, opening balances and documents can be imported from spreadsheets or exports from another platform during onboarding, so you do not start with an empty ledger.

The platform is available in English, Hindi, Marathi and Arabic. Notices can be translated automatically so a single circular reaches every resident in the language they read.

The society does. Data is stored with bank-grade encryption and role-based permissions, and can be exported at any time. A change of committee transfers access rather than ownership.
